A mountain bike trail on the edge of the forest of moderate difficulty.

Set off from the Petite Cité de Caractère in Foussais-Payré towards the Mervent forest. You'll pass through a number of hamlets and small streams as far as Mervent lake (with a few stretches through the forest).
Start: Car park at the Mairie (priory) in Foussais-Payré
