Saint-Vincent Abbaye

You cannot miss the Abbaye. It’s situated at the heart of the village and accessible to visit from February to December.

It was built in 1068 by the duke of Aquitaine. We can only strongly advise you to visit it since its museography and its activities are worth its history.

Explore its beautiful cloister and its garden with medieval plants.

Maison de la Meunerie (Mill house)

Between tradition and modernity, discover how the daily life was in this rural area at the beginning of the 20th century and its different activities.

You don’t need to wake up at 4 o’clock in the morning to knead the dough. Instead, come visit the mill house all day long and admire the last water mill which is still operating.

Vignaud park

Near the mill, you will be able to see the Vignaud park, this big area filled of trees that goes alongside the river Autise. There, you’ll find the little castle named “Le centre de Vignaud”, which can be rented for weddings or seminars.

Beside the park, children will find a place to play and a stadium: it’s a perfect picnic area !

To complete your day, follow the stroll along the river and passes in front of the mill and into the park.
