Chocolate production, workshops, shop and tearoom! Opposite the church, in the Petite Cité de Caractère of Foussais-Payré.
The chocolate factory in Foussais-Payré changed hands in July 2024. Christophe gave way to Romy (chocolatier) and Laëtitia (pastry chef).

Chocolaterie: production and sale of chocolates, pastries and biscuits, Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm.
Present at the Fontenay-le-Comte market every Saturday morning.
The tearoom from Wednesday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm.

The workshops continue! Taste-based educational activities to discover chocolate and other pastries (macaroons, brioche, frangipane,...
