Mouilleron-Saint-Germain

Clemenceau - De Lattre National Museum

Mouilleron-en-Pareds, now Mouilleron-Saint-Germain, is a village at the border between the wooded countryside and the plains. There, you’ll find the houses of two great Frenchmen who marked the History of France : Georges Clemenceau and Jean de Lattre de Tassigny.

Those houses are now museums that have the quality label “Musée de France” (museum of France) and “Maison des illustres” (House of the famous). They are separated only by a few meters and the temple street.
