In the 19th century, Octave de Rochebrune, owner of the château, art lover and famous aquafortist, embellished Terre-Neuve with Renaissance architectural elements that have been preserved.
Our museum is also hosting an exhibition dedicated to Octave de Rochebrune to celebrate his bicentenary.
