François Gouthe began studying the bombard with the Bagad de Vannes. A member of the group for 30 years, he has helped to train many other players. He has taken part in concerts and recordings, notably with the Timadeux Abbey monks' choir, the Académie de musique sacrée de Sainte-Anne-d'Auray, the Maîtrise de Bretagne and the Choeur d'enfants de Bretagne. François Gouthe is regularly asked to lend his support at major celebrations, mainly at Vannes Cathedral and the Basilica of Sainte-Anne-d'Auray.

Jean-Pierre Maudet began playing the organ in Vannes, then went on to study the instrument with Micheline Lagache at the Conservatoire de Nantes, where he won first prize. He won the first inter-conservatory prize of the City of Paris and the Eugène Gigout prize organised by the Friends of the Paris Organ. Titular organist of the Debierre organ in Vannes cathedral and of the Loret organ in the chapel of the Collège-lycée Saint-François-Xavier, Jean-Pierre Maudet founded the organ class at Vannes conservatoire and has taught organ in Pontivy and Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys. In 2016, he opened a new class in Arradon, where he currently teaches. He regularly gives concerts as a soloist, with other instruments or in collaboration with choirs.
