You have an exceptionnal view of the lake and a direct access by its private port.

The big gite for 15 personnes is composed :

One véranda and one terrace on 2 sides, will give you some unbelievable moments of serenity. You can listen the forest and its animals : birds, squirrels, deere (rut of deere)...

There is 4 permanent residents (goats). Their names are : « Miche, Becky, Jauna and Babybel ». they are not afraid and can be easily approached. They maintain a closed rugged area of the domain.

For the sportsmen : beyond profit of 2,5ha of the domain, this one give a direct acces of the walking trails. It's easy for walking, running, cycling.. Some riding horseback are possible at the departure of Saint Maurice de Noues.
You can profits of ride on the lake by its direct access. You can rent Canoës, Kayak, ship, pedal boats... at the base de loisirs « nautisme et plein air » of Mervent. With a fishing card, you can fishing on lake.
